Ben Mishico

in-home care and assistance. Our mission is to provide individualized services to your loved one in the comfort, privacy, and safety of their “home.” Our well trained caregivers can also accompany your loved in a retirement community, assisted living community, nursing home, or unexpected hospital stay. We are not only caring for your loved ones, we are your and their ADVOCATES as well! You can call us as often as you like to see how your loved one is doing.

Hello! Home Care has a Registered Nurse perform all in-home assessments in order to develop an individualized plan of care with the clients/client's family to make sure wishes and needs are met. Periodic evaluations of the client's condition and care will be performed by the RN and one will also be available for any questions or concerns.
Bonded and Insured, Hello! Home Care is here to help your loved ones with the following:

  • Activities of daily living: Bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, etc. We can help your loved one get ready for the day and be comfortable as they end the day.
  • Provide medication reminder and queues: Although we cannot administer any medications, we are there to remind your loved one to take their prescribed medication. This is a very big asset in that it can help your loved one not to over medicate or under medicate.
  • Light meal assistance and preparation: This can include assistance with healthy (nutritionally balanced) meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparation of meals as well as provide clean up after meals.
  • Light housekeeping: Also known as “tidying up." Examples include laundry, making the bed, cleaning out the refrigerator, and putting away groceries. We know also that with housekeeping, it is important to keep walkways clear to reduce the risk of your loved one tripping and falling.
  • Ambulation and transferring assistance: This can include walks outside for exercise and fresh air for your loved one and/or their pet.
  • Household organization/Errands: This can include accompanying your loved one on doctor visits, running errands, or to visit with friends.
  • Companionship:Help your loved one to keep in touch with family and friends via phone, email, or even video chat. Caregivers can engage in conversation, read aloud from a newspaper or books, or enjoy a classic or newly released movie with your loved one. We can also suggest new activities which may bring him or her enjoyment. Having social interaction can be vital to the happiness of your loved one.
